Todd addressed all of our concerns, worked long hours and weekends. He was friendly to our children and considerate of our home. His team has gone above and beyond being professional and has exceeded all of our expectations. We cannot recommend Disaster Control highly enough and just feel so thankful to have found them at such a stressful point in our lives.

Experienced a water leak in my bathroom and garage ceiling. While this problem was very stressful, Shaun and Todd calmly and promptly handled our water and mold issues. Considering the urgency of the situation, I felt that this company went out of their way to make pricing very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this team to my real estate investor friends.

Jesse suggested that I first call my insurance company to involve them in the process from the beginning. His availability on a weekend, his expert guidance and his reassurance about how the process would progress was incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated however, the response time and the level of customer service he provided without even knowing whether his company would be involved in the project. Jesse showed up when he said he would. His workmen did the same. The job was done as requested and I am very happy with the quality. My rental condo had water damage and except for kitchens and bathrooms, it was down to two by fours and concrete. Jesse and his men put my home back together. Jesse did not nickel and dime me for every little thing. He completed every little detail until I was happy. I was especially appreciative of the little touches like putting the furniture on blocks to protect it. He and his men restored my property in the time frame he originally said, even though there were electricity problems along the way that caused huge headaches. I am so appreciative that my condo is back in one piece - and I felt I could trust Jesse. They did a beautiful job - even down to cleaning the place pretty darn well.
